Payment is accepted via all major credit cards. For annual Enterprise level plans, an invoice can be issued payable by bank transfer. Sharing credentials is against Slido's Terms of Service and poses a security risk. Annual plans do not renew automatically. An email reminder is sent for renewal 30 days before expiry.

Please note that the participant limit refers to the overall number of joined participants (devices) throughout the event. For example, the cap of 100 participants means that in total, 100 participants can join the Slido over the course of the event. A poll is a single question asked to the audience at a time. A survey allows grouping multiple questions so that participants can answer them all at once. If a meeting has more than 5000 participants, contact Slido to discuss the details. Users can create and manage their own events. Event collaborators can be invited to a specific event to help manage Slido questions, polls, and ideas.

Slido.com accepts all major credit cards for payment. For annual Enterprise level plans, there is also an option to issue an invoice payable by bank transfer.

For credit card payments, there is a button at the bottom of the invoice. Once on the payment page, select the Pay with credit card option.

For wire transfers, use the billing details located in the upper left corner of the invoice. Please use the invoice number as the payment reference for the transfer.
